Federal Civilian Leadership

Tyrese proudly served for 15 years as a federal civilian, holding senior positions within the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Throughout his tenure, he built a reputation as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and a catalyst for high-stakes transformation across programs valued in the billions. His work consistently bridged financial integrity, mission outcomes, and people development.

  • Performance Measurement & Data Governance – Implementing enterprise dashboards and metric-driven frameworks to align organizational performance with policy objectives and investment priorities.

  • Cross-Agency Collaboration – Leading interagency working groups and task forces to streamline processes, integrate data systems, and modernize shared services in finance and procurement.
